When will doors open?

One hour before show time. We traditionally have a large crowd that builds up in the lobby prior to the opening of the doors 30 minutes before the show starts. This year we will open up the doors one hour before the show starts to minimize crowding in the lobby. In addition, the hallway from the parking lot to the auditorium is long and will serve to allow people to spread out while still sheltered from the elements.

Is there an intermissioN?

Unfortunately no. Normally there is an intermission half-way through the show. This year, to minimize crowding, we are shortening the show a little and not having an intermission. If you have to use the facilities at any time, feel free to come and go as needed.

Will there be a live stream option?

Yes, we will have a live stream option for viewing the show! We will be streaming the Saturday 3 pm and Saturday 7 pm shows.

Will there be door prizes?

Unfortunately no. There are several contact and sanitization challenges with door prize slips and door prizes. As such, we will need to pass on it this year.

will there be merchandise available?

Unfortunately we will not have in-person sales of merchandise this year, but we do have online sales available and encourage you to rep your mad Christmas Groove drip! For those of us older than 30, that means wear your Christmas Groove shirts, hoodies, and hats! CD’s are available online and we also have all of our albums on many of the popular streaming services (iTunes, Spotify, Amazon Music, etc.)!

How will donations work?

Donations can be handled multiple ways. You can use Venmo, Paypal, Credit Card, or Mail-in Check. We encourage you to donate online ahead of time via our donate page. Alternatively, you can donate via cash or check by placing it in the basket being passed in the middle of the show. Don’t worry, we will be passing hand sanitizer with the basket.

are vaccinations required?

They are not required by the CDC, Department of Health, or Parma City Schools. As such, we are not requiring them for this event.

are masks required?

UPDATE 11-8-21: Parma City Schools has revised its policy to make masks optional. Concertgoers are welcome to wear masks, but they are currently not mandatory.

will we still have a great time?

We are super excited to be gathering together again for the Christmas Groove. We understand that many of the changes this year are not ideal and appreciate your flexibility as we all work together to navigate these challenges. We have been working very hard at putting together an amazing show for you and can’t wait to show it to you!
